This is the exciting challenge that the Baume & Mercier Design studio has taken on with brio, by dressing the Classima Executives XL case in high jewelry with no less than 1323 precious stones. Femininity has been granted pride of place thanks to floral motifs, created especially by our designers. But not just any flower! This flower-patterned model is set with yellow sapphires and features a diamond-paved movement container too, for a look of plenitude and offers excellent time legibility because the index petals are perfectly symmetrical.

The uniqueness of this high jewelry piece resides in its dual time function displaying two visible movements. Who ever said beauty and utility were incompatible? This watch proves the opposite! The gem-set 18K white gold movement container houses two movements of different sizes – one to indicate local time and the other for time back home. But the elaborate dial design does not end here. Enamel petals embellish the case interior in hues of orange, apricot and ivory for even greater radiance. Positioned at 4 o’clock, the gem-set crown blends harmoniously into this exceptional and original piece while the bezel and horns of the white gold watchcase are diamond-set to contrast with the orange sapphire incrustations on the case sides.

The sapphire crystal case back reveals the extremely intricate gem-setting detail of the dual movement container and once again the delightful enamel floral background décor. Baume & Mercier’s brand color, orange is highlighted in varying shades and evokes the warmth of fire and the luminosity of flames. The full-skin orange alligator strap bestows the final touch of contemporary vitality to this precious model.
